All travelers will be provided with a KN-95 facemask. This model is designed for a wide range of commercial, industrial and medical uses. The KN-95 blocks at least 95% of particles and is recognized by the FDA as a substitue for the N-95 mask. FDA, DE and RoHS certified.

What if COVID-19 causes cancellation or postponement of this trip?
This possibility depends on the situation that causes the cancellation or postponement. It is possible you will retain some or all of the value of your flight and a portion of the value of your hotel accommodations, but neither is guaranteed.
